Carroll County Historical Society Scholarship

The Carroll County Historical Society awards a $500 scholarship to a high school senior planning to attend any accredited institute of higher learning. The scholarship is open to any student who is a resident of Carroll County or a member of the historical society. The applications can be obtained at local schools or by contacting the Historical Society. The application deadline is April 1, each year.
